Copyright and DMCA policy
Last updated: 2026-10-01
We respect intellectual property. We respond to notices that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) and to equivalent notices under other laws.
1. Sending a notice
Use the contact form and choose the topic "Copyright notice". The form asks for each element below. Your notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- identification of the material on this site, with its URL;
- your contact information, including an email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
2. Counter-notification
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notification through the same form. It must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address and telephone number;
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the original notice.
After a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the person who sent the original notice tells us they have filed a court action.
3. False notices
Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notification may be liable for damages. Please check your claim before you send it.
4. Repeat infringers
The site has no user uploads. If anyone contributes material to the site, we will stop accepting material from contributors who repeatedly infringe.
5. Forwarding notices
We may forward a notice or counter-notification, including the contact details in it, to the party concerned. See the Privacy Policy.
